Our Harness Brazaar workroom is open and trading as normal. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted some 2021 deliveries. We still hope your order reaches you in the delivery time we advise, but Post Office delays have been reported, which sadly are beyond our control.
Depending on our workload, our order processing schedule varies from week to week but we suggest allow 7-10 working days from when you place your order to despatch from our workroom. At busier times (eg Christmas & Valentines Day) it may take slightly longer.
We hand make our lingerie to each individual order, so please be patient. Each piece is carefully made in our workroom and we pride ourselves on producing high quality garments in exquisite designs.
We handle each order in turn and process everything chronologically. However, if you have a specific date by which you need your lingerie, please email us and we will let you know if it is possible to achieve this timing.
We send out all our orders via the UK Royal Mail first class service and should arrive 1-2 days after despatch.
Bra sets are sent using the Signed For service.

We send out all our orders via the UK Royal Mail international service. On leaving the UK, your consignment is passed to your country's postal service for onward transit.

From despatch date, we suggest the following transit times:
Europe: 2+ weeks
USA: 3+ weeks
Australia, Middle & Far East, Central & South America: 4+ weeks
Some countries seem to have unreliable local postal services and we recommend that you pay extra so we can send your parcel via a tracked courier service. This applies to countries in South America (including Mexico), countries in the Middle East and countries in Africa. Please contact us before you place your order so we can supply a quote for tracked shipping.

£7.00. Any import taxes or duty fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Harness Brazaar.
All our handmade items are are made to order, so we are not obliged to offer refunds (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 bespoke items are exempt from cancellation rights). However, if you wish to exchange an item for a replacement in a different size of the same design we will agree to a swap if you return the unworn item(s) within 14 days. We are not able to offer replacements for knickers or thongs (for hygiene reasons).
