How do I order a particular item?

Our drop down menus are specifically designed to enable you to order the individual pieces of each set in your particular size so you can buy as little or as much of each set as you want.  Generally our sets come with bra/thong/knicker/suspender options.  Scroll down the menu to find each item in your size and add to your cart.

 

How do I know what size to order?

We suggest you order your usual UK bra/knicker/thong size. All our pieces have straps which are fully adjustable to ensure a perfect fit. If you are still unsure, or your international sizing is different to the UK, either refer to the conversion chart or contact us via email.

 

I am a different size to the ones you list, can you do a special order?

Generally our styles best fit the sizes we list, and are often dependent on the fabric structure. If you need a custom size please contact us via email and we will advise if we can help you.

 

Are any of your bras padded/underwired?

All our bras are non-padded and non-underwired, designed to give you a natural and soft shape.

 

Can you make me something to my own design?

We only make and sell items to our own designs.

 

How long will it take to make my order?

Each set is made to your individual size and specification after we receive your order, and depending on how busy we are the turnaround time can change. Please see our 'Ordering/Shipping' page which will state our current workroom timings.

 

How long is delivery once my order has been despatched?

All items are sent via the Royal Mail first class service. Generally we suggest 1-2 days for the UK; international orders take longer, and depend on distance from the UK and each country's local postal service. For example, Europe allow two weeks, USA allow three weeks, Australia allow four weeks.

 

Can you rush me an order with special delivery?

Our manufacturing turnaround times are fixed, and usually the cost of special delivery is prohibitive. Please email us if you need something urgently and we will see what we can do.

 

I have given you the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

If you accidentally give us the wrong shipping address, please tell us as soon as possible, and we will change it. If your item has already been despatched, it is out of our hands and you will need to contact your local postal service to see if they can arrange redirection for delivery.

 

I have received my order but have changed my mind, can I return it?

All items we sell are are handmade to order, so we are unable to offer returns (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 bespoke items are exempt from cancellation rights).

 

Do you collaborate with bloggers?

We are interested in hearing from influential bloggers and you may like to contact us via email.

 

Do you sell through any other shops/sites?

We only sell online to order through our own Harnessbrazaar.com website and via some marketplaces such as Etsy and Depop. We currently do not sell anything to wholesalers.
